Our next learning session for the year will be on ‘Food and Fitness’. For the first quarter of 2019, we are continuing our focus on ‘Health and Wellness’. This session is a follow-up to our ‘Mind and Body’ ‘Life Lessons Learning’ series, held February 9, presented by Nurse Practitioner and Wellness Coach, Erika Shepard.
Sisterhood Sharing Sessions is honored to have Varsha V. Lemon as our ‘Guest Speaker’/Contributor for this ‘Food and Fitness’ learning session. Varsha is a Health and Wellness Coach and her practice ‘Lemon Wellness’ presents alternative options for good health with a science-based nutrition program. During this ‘Life Lessons Learning’ session, Varsha will share solutions for weight and fat loss, athletic performance, energy, and healthy aging.
